A pasta bake... shell pasta, pilchard, mushrooms, onions, garlic, cayenne, cheddar and provolone cheese, a dash of cream. Pilchard is such a nice mild fish, good for you, sustainable.

First serious cooking I've done in awhile, so I made enough for several meals :-).
