I had some dehydrated apple slices from our apple tree that I dehydrated myself. Also a few dehydrated white beet chips I made, which are less palatable.

Then for the rest of my lunch I had a burrito. I've had a burrito for lunch every day for the last two weeks.

I pressure cooked the dry organic pinto beans myself and refried them with a bit of organic pork that I ground myself, onions and cumin. I pressure cooked the beans in a broth I made from scratch, also pressure cooked from some organic pork bones and organic chicken feet. The batch makes about 8 burritos which I prepare in advance and then put in the freezer to grab in the morning on the way to work.

I made a fermented hot pepper sriracha from peppers I grew myself and slathered that on the burrito........

Wheat bagels, hummus sandwich, almonds, pear, carrot, milk, yogurt, peanut butter twix, banana,

It's been three and a half weeks and I have been gorging every day

Went over, by one to eight and a half servings every day


No clue why

Still no weight gain

Went to counseling today
