I am at work rewriting a document I had a contractor draft up, but they didn't keep any of the formatting I provided them in a template. I am not happy! :twisted:

its rainy today so i cant go out :( too humid for my breathing. But i LOVE the heat. and i love the rain... i cant go out in the humid till i get my vest system so i can keep my lungs clearer... i love how my strapple gets sticky in the rain :D

yes.. i am now on that new special medication to stop my thingy from spasming... it is a lot better...still feels a bit weird but no more huge pain...
