Hmm... It depends... I've seen a dead roach (on a hotel in NYC). I went to an exhibit at the Zoological Museum which featured giant spiders, mostly tarantulas, plus 2 scorpions. Another exhibit I went to there featured snakes, which some might see as nopes. Some were venomous, like a caped cobra.
Of creatures that are native to my area, my biggest nopes are harvest men and a type of flying bug that looks like harvest men with six legs and wings.

A very different kind of nope was an aggressive dog that lived in my neighborhood. he viciously bit my dog and had bitten some people too, and his owner was too busy neglecting him in between benders and psychotic episodes that she did nothing to help the situation.

My worst scares though have all been entirely created by humans.
