Finished draft 2 of a 10 part lyric poem about my granddad's house which has got grandma's death through it as well as some other personal themes.
Long poems always take me a week or so to edit so I'll prob actually be at Granddad's by the time it's done.
It has Christmas in it but not in the usual cheesy way.

This sounds very nice and I hope it's therapeutic. I enjoy writing poetry as well.

Wrote a parser that can identify MD5, SHA1, SHA256 hashes as well as IP adresses and FQDN names out of a chaotic textmass since people can't be bothered to write IOCs in an orderly fashion on pastebin...

Got one final Christmas present for someone and did late night shopping. It's a huge deal for me, as I hate crowds. I'm worn out now.

Went into town, shopped some stuff and ate at an American pancake place with chocolate sauce and syrup, then i went back home and saw a movie (A quiet place).

Tonight, i'm going to code a bit, still got 3 days of work left this year and i'm spreading them out over the coming days.

Me & my girlfriend went to her brother's to do the Christmas celebrating thing. The buses don't run on xMas day & neither me nor my girlfriend & her sister drive. We were gone for over 12 hours so it was kinda a long day.

I've gone from "How do i turn on the ships lights" to dodging incoming fire from pirates trying to rob me while transporting VIPs in Elite - Dangerous.

Had the game for years, but haven't bothered with it because of the crap tutorials. Put some effort in it today. Still a crapload to learn, but at least i can make some money while figuring out the rest.

Worked up the nerve to tell off a fellow member who tried converting other members here
