Awww, sounds like Mocha will be much happier after the transition! ^

I don't get why people have pets when they aren't dedicated fully to the responsibility.
I'm referring to those six dogs and poor Mocha trying to find her way.

So online it is impossible. I rarely know who I'm talking to or who I've talked to before.

Hi, i often get like that i cant remember peoples names. Some names i find easier to remember than others, most often repetition is what helps me remember if im using that persons name often and meeting them often. Sometimes certain events help me associate with a person and allows me to remember more easily.

Yes, it can be so difficult because if I don't say 'hi' to someone one time, they take offence and never speak to me again. I generally don't worry if someone doesn't say 'hi' to me because I assume they didn't recognise me or have other things on their mind.

I really have a problem recognising women, it is embarrassing. I don't mean to be rude but they all look the same to me. I can recognise men because I'm interested in them so I tend to look at them more closely  but I still get them mixed up sometimes.

However, my husband says he has trouble recognising different men but can easily tell women apart! I think I know why

I don't get incomprehenisble vanity plates on cars. The kind where someone has paid for a jumble of letters and numbers that doesn't fit into the usual format, and that's about all you can say about it.

When someone is drunk & on a tangent saying complete BS; Why do people who are not drunk waste hours arguing with the drunk person about why they are wrong :? The drunk person just ignores most of what others say to keep going on their BS tangent. I'm not sure which one is being the bigger idiot

I don't understand why people can't just say sorry without gaslighting others.

I have worked out that the best way to get on with men is to have an argument with them. After having an argument, it seems they know how to deal with me and are more friendly. No idea why.

Whereas having an argument with women is the very worst thing to do. They hate me after any sort of disagreement. In fact I've never worked out a sure fire way to get on well with women. I always do and/or say something wrong.

I don't get why various shows have been playing Halloween episodes for about a week now & why the radio app on my phone is currently promoting a Halloween playlist. The internet & calendars on my phone & computer all say that Halloween is October 31st & that today is May 6th. I heard of Christmas in July so I guess we need Halloween in May to keep up  Next month it will be Thanksgiving in June. I'm exhausted just thinking about this :tired: I wish it was May Day instead cuz lots of people really need help.

Members who can't tell a sensitive member from a great stoic debater.

Why is it that being sensitive seems to be enough to demand another person be censored over a mild critique or even merely asking a question?

If one is tough enough to spout off with controversial opinions one should have enough spine to deal with mild disagreement. Lots of us are sensitive, but we manage our sensitivities when we know we're expressing a view many will disagree with.

If one can't stand the heat they need to GTFO the kitchen.

How does one know the person they're demanding being censored isn't also sensitive to being silenced? It seems like a form of crybullying and I don't understand how it's acceptable.

I don't get it either.

I also don't get why people who say they have extremely high levels of empathy make threads to gaslight other people and claim it's normal human behaviour, or that others are lying if they don't do it too.

Is it fun + fun or fun × fun?

It's disappointing that consistently claiming to be empathetic isn't the same as consistently demonstrating empathy.

It's no different from talking about how smart you are, how brave you are, how well-informed you are, etc. It doesn't matter what you claim about yourself, it matters what you prove.

I could tell everyone I'm great at ball hockey... my stats would beg to differ.
