Peanut, almonds, lotus root, kit Kat, cake, banana, pear, egg, naan, beef, yogurt

Went over (3 servings bread)
And (3 servings veg)

Five liter water

Two bowel movement

Body feels like it wants:

More sleep and friends, more and different food, less water, less stress, walking less

..A Super Veggie slice, Pizza My Heart, Pacific Avenue, SC. Planning to see Aquaman after this. There's a packaged Greek Salad too, but I may wait til getting back to the place to open it - or, may not .

Just had two coffee's

2 pieces of Chia Seed/Super Grains toast with butter and raw honey.

Cajun barbecue flavored corn chips. Yum.

Popcorn chicken bites dipped in Kraft Roka Bleu Cheese Dressing and hot Tetley’s British Blend Tea.

Onion bagel with cream cheese.

Toast and jam.

Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast.

I want to walk to Pollo Loco, but the weather is cold.

And there is no Taco Bell within walking distance.

Heavy sigh.

Some ‘Fully LoadedPotato Soup’ from Von’s deli, and Classic Coke to drink.

Ham with sweet potatoes and green beans for dinner.

Apples, beef, carrot, almonds, kit Kat, cake, yogurt, four whole wheat naan, orange, tomato

Appetite gone haywire. As usual, went over (3b)

Was not even hungry.

Mouth wanted it. Stomach did not.

Chinese takeout for lunch.
