Nothing.

Can barely get out of bed, even typing feels a bit straining.

For supper this evening I sauteed:

A finely chopped leek
Chopped fresh asparagus (it's in season now)
Minced ginger
Green peas
A little leftover chicken breast diced
A beaten egg
A thinly sliced purple carrot (my dog was blissfully thankful for having the top to "cunch cunch" which is how I say it when he crunches something).
Brown rice
A small bit of silken soft tofu leftover
The remainder of a small jar of curry spice blended by a friend of my Dad's who hails from India
A dash of chicken broth
Shoyu (soy sauce) to taste

It was good.
