It's almost time for me to log out of WP thught\, I've been quite comforted in knowing there are a great many unique people here to interact with...

Today at work I wore a hat with the Cuban flag and a picture of Che Guevara on it and told my coworkers "Viva Fidel Castro!", that made some of them angry, but I like that that made them angry. I've been working for the boooourgoise, aaaall the live long day!

Recently I bought some chicken fingers and onion rings from the place I work. They tasted like trash, but they were closeby, whatever.

In unrelated news, I've realized disillusionment is hard to deal with but you have a reason to be glad when it happens.

Took bait of a break from the forums after going through abit of a hard time, it was just getting in the way of things, but on the other hand, it was just for a day.

When I was a kid I often wondered what kind of person would work on the railroad just to pass the time away. Now I realize that working on the railroead might actually be better than my job.

I'm still awake so far and its like 5am and I haven't had one sleep yet, it just gets incredible.

I gave up finding myself - decided to create it instead.

Whenever my staff get uppity and argumentative, I say "All right, who wants some lipstick?"
Them : "What?"
Me : "Keep giving me lip and I'll give you some stick!"
Then they laugh.
This all started when I bought new replacement axe and mattock handles in to work.
It just occurred to me and I waved them jokingly when I said the joke.
I don't have much respect there, considering I'm the manager.
But, I'd rather work in a friendly atmosphere than throw tantrums at their *constant*
stuff ups and incompetence.
Also, they know I'm too soft to sack anyone
and too nice to lose my temper.
