I have never really tried cooking either of those. I had them at stands and restraunts. I may try to make them some day :) I am lazy when it comes to cooking too. right now I only make sandwhiches (which is not cooking). I have cooked my own udon once. It was nice and chewy. I live with my dad right now so I just eat whatever he eats or make a dish from left overs.

Maybe I can make some room :wink: . As far as noodles like Udon do not buy the instant version, the oils can become toxic 8O . Frozen noodles are fine though. I was going to live off ramen when I went to college, but now that I know it can kill me that plan is gone :( . I am trying to find recipes to mkae fresh ramen or ramen with frozen noodles so that may make up for it :)
