I can tie a knot in a cherry stem using only my tongue, and I am disproportionately proud of this.

Why did you have that many reeses and pringles?

people would bring um to me its all i could stand the texture of

edit- now, I come and go freely, I got past my fears of that time...BUT i no longer eat pringles- there was only one factory that made them in the US and it was destroyed by a tornado a few years ago and ever since, the texture is slightly different and more metallic and I cant stand them

Wow, and I thought I was sensitive to textures.

I've already turned my clocks back and I'm getting use to the time change ahead of time. :)

I plan to make myself an even better frilly shirt next summer. Screw the 45th anniversary of The Summer of Love! I'm gearing up for the 50th anniversary of both The Kinks and The British Invasion which will both happen in 2014. I do believe that we will still be here in 2014. :D

For the past several days, I have been using my time on the Internet (not counting the time I spend here) alternating between doing My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic stuff and researching Hunter S. Thompson. Unlike many of my other "obsessions" over the past year, these don't feel "forced" at all and could very easily become full-blown special interests, if they don't already qualify at this point.

I'm just worried that I don't know enough about them to call myself a "fan" of theirs yet. I have only seen 9 episodes of the first season of MLP:FiM so far, whereas it seems that most "bronies" are already on episode 5 of season 2. Also, I have not read any of Hunter S. Thompson's books yet; nor have I seen Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas in its entirety. I've only done research on his life, on the kind of person he was and read letters that he has sent to people that have been posted on the Internet.

I think my hesitation to label myself a fan comes from my brother. He is a die-hard fan of his favorite singer, Johnny Cash, and gets really annoyed by people who call themselves fans of Cash's work when they've only heard a couple of his songs. I feel like if I call myself a fan of MLP:FiM or HST, I will just be looked down on as a wannabe by the more seasoned fans.

I'm going to have eggs for breakfast this morning. I'm hungry. I bet you guys haven't heard me say that I'm hungry for months now. :)

Eggs for breakfast sounds great Mick. :)

a random truth (about me) - I absolutely love to eat tomatos right off the vine with salt. I dislike the tomatoes that are commonly sold in supermarkets because they are usually almost tasteless. Sometimes they have vine ripe tomatoes and those are okay. Tomatos grown in a home garden are the best.

I'm thinking about buying a sun lamp the some large storage containers and grow some tomatoes inside my apartment this next spring. I know if I tried to have a garden out back by the railroad tracks, people would steal what ever it produced.

I've dealt with the attitudes of ageist people my entire life. Ageist people who presumed that I liked the things that people my age group liked. Ageist people who kept telling me that I was too young to like or do certain things. The things that I like are from before my time.

The last ageist comment that I heard was from my mum. Live for today, in the present! Ha!

I'll live my life the way that I see fit for me. I'll keep with the times when I'm good and ready.

I've been habitually chewing the skin on the side of my thumbs for over a year now. It's a horrible habit.
