Pet the dog too firmly and her fur set off my sensitivities and my right hand has been all tingly all evening and everything I touch with it is uncomfortable. Don't think I've ever experienced a long-term reaction quite like that before... idk, maybe the uncomfortable feeling just made me go hyper-aware over my hand.

My mother's being hostile toward me again. How fun.

Knowing that many of the people I have called friends have moved on in life or due to unforeseen circumstances are no longer part of my life.

Downloaded Skype for my laptop. Couldn't log in with the account I use on my iPad.

Tried to log back in on my iPad, and now that doesn't work.

I used one of those pore strips on my nose last night and today it has red raw spots all over it.

I already had giant pores on my nose to begin with. Plus my skin is really dry and leathery. I might go to one of those medi spas and get micro-dermabrasion or something.

are the pores dark? if not, have you thought about makeup? cheaper than plastic surgery.

Tretinoin is good for blackheads when used consistently. It speeds up cell turnover rate, helping to prevent acne from forming. It also helps improve skin texture and pigmentation, and can reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

But it can dry out the skin at first, worsen acne for up to 6 weeks, and increases sensitivity to the sun.

A prescription is not that expensive, maybe $100, and should last a year.

They're not dark but they're lightly discoloured under the surface of the skin.

Makeup kinda exacerbates the problem since it, well, clogs your pores. But I might have to wear some this week if the redness doesn't fade by Monday.

I might even try the OCM cleansing method (slather extra virgin olive oil over your face and lean over something steamy).
