My mom is really upset with me, my sister, and our pets. I understand that she wants our Christmas to be perfect, but it isn't perfect when she is all stressed about how clean the house is and how much food we have to make. We are all trying our best. My cat, Clara keeps trying to knock over the tree and my other cat, Ianto keeps jumping on the kitchen counter.

That happened to me on Christmas Eve too. I went to buy wrapping paper. I got a roll of silver wrapping paper but when I got home I found out it was transparent!

I didn't want to ruin the surprise of what the presents were.

Trans parent wrapping paper? That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. The only people I can think of that might like that are blind people LOL.

Also, as a blind person, I'm very excited about trying the new talking menus on the cable boxes with Verizon. I've heard they're really, really slow to respond, but hey, at least I'd be able to actually use the on-demand features for a change. :) Hopefully, these slow boxes are just the first step.

I'm feeling better. Gone for a walk, doing some chores, and working on the projekt again. I must prioritize the things I need (or might need) help with from the building company.
