I learned some funny things about Hiro, my latest character. She has bigger on the inside sleeves, but she can never find exactly what she's looking for. It leads to some hilarious results.

I remember how years ago when I started working there I dreamed of the day the office lady would retire, and well, today I found out it's finally happening! I find her ok now though.

I also have a potential acquirer for my old car when my new one comes. It's all good and all, it's just that a cranky work superior isn't exactly an ideal sorta buyer :P

Last night, I saved a (tiny!) baby Ringtail possum from the Magpies that were attacking it.

This morning I am so happy that it did not die from shock during the night, as they usually do. :D

It is now on it's way to a more experienced wildlife carer :D

^ :D Yes, he was adorable! I was giving him water through a dropper every 4 hours and he would look at me with big eyes the whole time, and wrap his tail around my finger!

My dad and I once took care of a Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker at my old house after it hit a window. Thankfully it survived, or I would have been inconsolable!

Somebody drove me across the city in a really nice car and the trees are turning colours and the sun was shining and everything looked wonderful. I felt great.
