i know the feeling, and it stings. we were the closest, she was the closest i had ever had, i was the closest to her...at the time. the asymmetry didn't hurt then like it does now, retrospectively. that was the best time of my life then.

now i watch her go through life from a distance as an observer, living in the same town, eating the same places i eat at, walking down the same streets, seeing each others pictures online, yet never saying a word to each other. it feels like we are separated by oceans and time zones but in reality, one single message is all it could take.

it's all it could ever take.

Realizing, once more, how much I envy most of you. What's more, the reasons for envying you all I'm aware of are probably just the tip of the iceberg.

I'm considering starting a thread titled "WP members you envy", but it might be against the rules. Besides, it'd be poëtic justice if the thread went ignored and sunk quickly beyond the first pages, foiling my attempt to dilute my envy with that of others.

^^ change envy by like and it could be a very positive thread. We tend to have a very different vision of ourselves than others do. It could actually be helpful.

Sharp pains when I breathe in.

I had a hard time falling alseep last night & I got woken up by a knock on the door cuz my girlfriend had a package delivered that was supposed to come in Tuesday. I couldn't really go back to sleep because I have cleaning i need to do today that will take a few hours. I need to dust alittle, clean my guinea pig's cage, sweep the hay I can off the floor of my bedroom which is a pain in the ass(the bigger pieces can tear the vacuum cleaner bag), & then I need to vacuum the apartment which is also a pain cuz I have to lug the canister vacuum up the stairs.

I just saw an absolute troll making replies to a YouTube video, saying autistic children have no idea that anything non-digital exists like physical books or magazines instead of E-books, asked if such people have ever even been outside, and used the R word several times. I told them, "I have a 'mild' form of autism and I don't approve of this message".

I have piles of "real" books and magazines that I've read. But I don't know why it matters if it's a physical book or on a tablet or computer as long as you can still read it. At least you have a lot more space and a lot less dust.

I didn't get enough to eat yesterday and I probably won't get enough to eat today. Poor man's starvation sucks and is a real bummer.

I am running out of cigarettes and no more money to buy anymore. Sure, I should quit smoking, chain smoking at that but I'm just not ready to with the world generally pissing down my back daily.
