Me too Kevin and I don't like to be around people who are angry or upset or negative at all.

Somehow, I still appear very detached during the best of times, and the way I compose my responses tends to appear sarcastic to those who do not realize that I'm simply making an observation or being genuine.

I feel the same way. It is very distracting when someone is upset or angry and trying to make me feel the same way for whatever justification they have. I think this forum has helped me see the more complex emotions given only the words.

Somehow, I find myself agreeing even though I ate lunch just over three hours ago.

I'm still struggling to remember to use contractions. I hope I'll improve on this issue.

No matter how old I get, I will always like Super Mario and Pokemon.

I also enjoy Christmas music. It really gets me into the spirit. :)

I used to give my substitute teachers a hard time when I was in Grade 3.

I listen to an arrangement of Pachelbel's Canon transposed to diatonic minor in the relative key (D major into B minor) in bells at when I feel nostalgic with a focus on the -algic part. So many things, whether related to childhood activities, items, mementoes  , have changed in only six years or so, and I think parts of me never grew. The combination of massive changes in those few years is a likely cause of my unusually aged perception of time, cynical nature, generally mood-flattening (not depressing but flattening) effect, and abandonment of trying to appear normal.

I go to bed between 2 and 5 every morning. I wake up between 11 AM and 3 PM every day. It feels unnatural for me to go to bed early and wake up early. What's funny is that I was completely opposite while I was growing up. Maybe all the years I spent as an insomniac rewired my brain into wanting to be active at night. :?:

Tell me about it. My younger sister annoyed me for years and she also tried to boss me around until I told her to stop abusing me. She's calmed down quite a bit, now that she's been a mommy for two and a half years. She's gone from being sarcastic about my differences to having to teach my niece to accept individual differences and people who are different from most people. I think it was a real shock for her. I'm glad that it turned out that way. I have a niece and my sister is finally learning important lessons about people who are different, such as myself.

I'm nocturnal too. But I fight it here on the East Coast I guess cause it's so 9 to 5 here. Back in Arizona, it seems so laid back and whatever so I stayed up all night especially during the summer when it was extremely hot.

If I had the chance to change everything about my appearance, I would in a heartbeat.

I'm going to buy a set of green earbuds as a change from the usual orange. A breath of fresh air.

Sweet pea earbuds! :P

I always get a different color of earbuds whenever mine wear out (which is usually every month or two)

I live on the top floor of my building. The heat rises to the top.
