Hmm... How.. How to translate this... In verbal terms...? :| Without NOT making any sense... Whatever that is, the right word for it is hard to reach, but I had reached it's concept or idea of it when applied in real life.

I fired my doctor.

Anyway, the pain is emotional, not physical.
much worse.
why can't i have pain relief for that?

unfortunately, mood flatteners [lithium and SSRIs] seem to be the primary emotional pain killers. the only thing I could suggest is, that when I was young, the main thing that helped my emotional pain was intense and prolonged physical exercise.

i packed up someone's life into a 9 tonne truck and then unloaded it again.
every muscle in my body hurts.
but my heart hurts most of all.
