My sore throat and cold are finally better but my ears are still really plugged up and my hearing is bad.

I'm also worried that my mom will soon catch the same thing I had and we'll have to postpone our trip together this Sunday, or that my dad will get it and I won't be able to come home on the Father's Day weekend. A friend also told me that she recently had gotten the same cold and that she relapsed soon afterwards. The thought that I could get it again upset me, but then she told me she wasn't resting and taking care of herself like I was, which is probably why it happened. let that be a lesson to us all.

tired today. I did a lot of things this week so I think I have a good reason to be tired I just don't like being 100%

Surgery got bumped from next week to August 8th =/

My girlfriend ordered a refurbished window AC unit from WalMart that came in today. The instructions covered a couple different units but not our exact model. It was also missing some of the included supplies. She found the actual instructions online but noticed that they only put the 1st half of what's included in the box. We manged to get the unit installed using a bracket that we already had cuz the AC was missing the brackets you screw onto the unit to hold it down. The bracket we already had didn't work the best but it works. My girlfriend's going to complain to WalMart about it & hope they send us the stuff we're missing. The unit runs OK but the vents won't adjust because something is screwed up but we don't really need them to adjust.

3 things.

1st I got up early the day before yesterday because we had stuff going on. Today I woke up & I was cold. I had a hard time going back to sleep but I fell back to sleep after a while. I slept for a while & then I woke up again & looked at the time. I didn't feel cold but I couldn't fall back to sleep & I got out of bed after over an hour. I think I got no more than 5 & a half hours of sleep. Also I need to wake up early tomorrow because we're going shopping.

2nd I took a laxative last night because I've been constipated & haven't had a bowl movement in about at least a week. Today I've been having bad stomach cramps & diarrhea. I was having the bad stomach cramps shortly after I got out of bed & my stomach still is not rite. I'll just take one next time I need to take it(directions said take two for adults & children over 12) which hopefully won't be for a while.

3rd I paid my Comcast bill tonight & Crapcast rose my bill by about 21 dollars.

Today I got up to discover one of my cats pooed on the floor, because I had forgotten to refill his litter box after dumping the old kitty litter out. I couldn't tell just by looking because the box has a cover on it, like a roof. Which I have to remove to change the kitty litter but put it back on without refilling it.

I can be so absent-minded sometimes, but I still wonder how early someone can show signs of dementia.

They "misplaced" my application I'd put in two weeks ago for cash assistance at DSHS. The clerk redirected it to the right "pool" just now and told me to check back next Friday.
