oh, sorry then :( Mebbe take the aids when you wake up too soon?

I have tried that before but the kick-in time is too slow. the bright side of less sleep is I fall asleep at night a LOT quicker, useta take an hour or 2 before I finally dozed but now I zonk out barely after my head hits the pillow.

Well you beat me then! I wish I was knocked out that easily. I usually take 2-3 hours before I am able to fall asleep. :wtg: last night my seep was too deep for the production of dreams. :(

one word- exercise. vigorous. daily. that is the secret. btw, what do you think of my dream?

Wow ur fast!

Exercise? I will have to give that I try, at least on days where its actually nice out around here.

Your dream was pretty odd it seems, it sort of reminds me of stories I have heard where the dead would contact their loved ones through phones and text messages.

I exercise even in inclement weather by bundling up and wearing full head cover and two layers of socks and pants and shirt and gloves. the best fat-burning happens in cold weather, brown fat is activated by the cold and burns more calories that way. my dream was one of a comparatively few heaven dreams, so it made me remember it. :o

Welcome to the world of heavenly dreams! :o Mebbe I should start bundling up to go exercise and burn off extra energy before bedtime.

I'm glad to hear it! Sometimes our brains like to make us wait before rewarding us with a well-rounded and interesting dream. They aren't miracle workers, our brains need some time off as well.

I was on my way to a tennis tournament. (Oh, how I hope this one comes true!) When I got there, I met Denis Istomin and congratulated him on making the fourth round at a major. He was surprised anyone would seek him out. I said, "Why, Denis? You have been a great inspiration to me." He smiled and we spoke. I had the notes for a book on his life.
