My sister had a daughter 5 days ago and I remember wondering what kind of effect music in the womb has. Then I saw this on youtube just and it made me think about it, i was born within days of this being recorded and i really like kate bush :)

this man was a very talented man. his name was "fred astaire". it is also interesting (in a side speculation) to note that he is 51 years old when he did this. i recognize talent no matter what the prevailing social attitude to it is. these days, i guess that most people would compartmentalize ("come apart mental wise") this type of stuff into the "old forties s**t" basket, and they would not bother looking at it.
but watch it all the way through, and if you are anything like me you will want to watch it again.
