I got up early Thursday(well early for me considering when I went to bed) because I couldn't sleep anymore for some odd reason so I was short a couple hours. I got up early(my early) again Friday because my GERD or acid reflux bothered me. I couldn't go back to bed after that quit bothering me because me & my girlfriend were going to the laundromat that day. I was going to catch up on sleep this morning which is still Saturday. We both tend to go got bed in the morning. Anyways I couldn't sleep this morning because Cass had a package coming in & we never know if the post office would leave it by the door or not where it could get stolen. Cass wanted me to stay up so I went to bed a while after lunch & got like 3 hours of sleep before getting up to eat supper. I couldn't go to bed after the mail came today(they left the package in the parcel locker) because we were going to WalMart this afternoon. Cass sister met us at the bus station & went to WalMart with us. We ate our so-called breakfast at Dunkin Donuts which is in the WalMart. The trip takes a while because we take the bus. We were lucky & the bus we took that left WalMart turned into the last bus that would pass by our apartment after we got to the station. We were worried we were going to have to walk home with all our stuff because there's barely any time for the WalMart bus to be late getting to the station before the last bus to our place leaves. I should of went to bed rite after I ate my lunch which was a while after we got home but I was worried I'd have a very late supper because I would likely sleep very late. I also wanted to do a few things on computer before I went to bed. I'll go to bed after I eat supper(well not rite after because I want my food to go down 1st, don't want to risk my GERD/acid reflux) & my supper will be in a couple hours.

Busy day for me:

Shaved with a double edged razor I bought years ago in Spain and used a mug and brush. I haven't done that in a long time. Smoooooooth.

Church with the kids (my wife was sick :( )

Grocery store with the kids

Did three loads of laundry (doing a fourth before bed).

Did three loads of dishes

Cleaned most of the refrigerator out including taking out and washing the shelves

Made a braised pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted carrots and reheated a wild rice pilaf I made yesterday.

Had my Dad over (widowed) for dinner.

Started a fire in the woodstove.

Had a few cups of tea and milk.

Now I'm finally SITTING while I do an experiment: evaporating some liquid soap I use to see if I can fill it into an old lip balm tube so I can hopefully carry the soap in my pocket wherever I go. I hope it works.

Schopenhauer did not have access to a fully translated Tipitaka/Pali canon while he was alive--I doubt it.

One day perhaps-- the 'Samyutta Nikaya'.

Of the 8 customers i got right now to analyze each week, i did 7 today (monday), will do the last one tomorrow and can spend the rest of the week programming security stuff.

Of course it's just after holidays and not much have happened, but still...
