I should really fix that stupid thing so that I can ride again. Is it hard to replace a bike tire tube?
I don't know, I have yet to attempt it! :D

I gather it's a bit trickier to replace a tire, tube or wheel on a rear bike wheel because of the gear cassette although I could be wrong about that. It just seems to me that there's "more to remove" to get at the wheel in the first place, than if you have to take the front wheel off instead.

I have no idea and I would like to try to do my own bike maintenance. It would certainly save some money I think.

from what I saw it is quite involved, you have to remove the rear wheel, unloop the chain from the sprockets, disconnect the brakes, remove the rubber and inner, patch the outer rubber's puncture, get a new inner tube squeezed inside of the outer rubber, place the restored pair carefully around the wheel so as to not pinch the inner tube and aligning the bead with the rim [the guy I watched used a little water at this point around the rubber], carefully insert the stem through the hole in the wheel, make sure the stem is erect and not pinched anywhere, reinflate. then put the wheel back at the right place in the frame bracket, taking care to align the wheel so it spins true, replacing the bolt/s, replacing the brakes and chain. a LOT OF HARD WORK!! 8O

8O 8O 8O Well in that case.......I suddenly get the feeling that bike repair shop I went to is going to have to be my new best friend!

Thinking about my son. And dealing with things without anger, or more the things that anger covers up so easily. It should be a happy today thing, it's not. But if I can do that, I can do what's next. I don't know if I should hug you or if you're completely random, I know you're not. But it was a bet. Secret heart.

I am angry at myself because, once again, I cannot decide whether medication is good for me or not.

Whilst I am not a particularly smart human being, medication seems to make me even more sluggish.

CIRCADIAN SLEEP DISORDER ! ! !
I am so sick of this. I'm sick of there being no treatment for it but stupid suggestions like drink chamomile tea and don't look at your computer. This doesn't work. Apparently nothing works.

Have you tried melatonin? I used to use it back when I worked as a cashier.

Yeah, melatonin is the ultimate "make me sleep now" substance.
You could also try Rozerem/Ramelteon. it has an effect on the melatonin receptors & is sometimes used for sleep cycle disorders.

I had a slight headache last night when I went to bed & my headache was really bad when I woke up today. I decided I'd call the health center tomorrow to make an appointment. I also took a migraine med. I then vomited shortly after breakfast. It was only 1ce & not much thankfully. My headache is also almost all gone.

Exhausted and angry. And more, exhausted. And resisting sleep. I'll internalize things like always. I listen to others without betrayal, I can't return the compliment. I'll say f*****g nothing more. And wrath comes from all that. How could anyone be happy about that.

Heat. It makes me feel unwell and if I have to go out I feel burnt until past 7pm, even with a 50+ uva + uvb sunscreen. And I put enough of that s**t. It's my second spray since july.

My mom complaining about me not doing more when I help around the house. She told me that if I don't help her more, she would demand that I apply for work at places that I have no interest in.

That's disheartening AnonymousAnonymous as, I've found myself in that same scenario. Even today I'm trying to get into a work field that is best suited for me..
