Chicken Fajita stir fry. I'm going to wash it down with a bottle of Spanish Verdejo then settle down to watch a suitably awful film on dvd, followed by some gaming maybe. Maybe this lockdown business isn't so bad after all... :lol:

it is my considered opinion that you should watch the movie "spirit of '76" as it is a hoot. ;)

I'll certainly make a mental note of that for future reference, AB. The 1970s is my favourite decade (a very controversial opinion for many in this country), and I recall that 1976 was actually voted the best year of the 20th Century in a poll (I'd have gone for 72 or 73).

The vegetables in my stir fry are pretty poor, and I've left most of them, though the chicken was okay.

if i were you i'd take those "pretty poor" veggies and put 'em in a casserole or a stew.

A whole wheat rhubarb muffin sweetened with molasses. I picked the rhubarb in the yard and made the muffins from scratch.
