I know I need to get out of my comfort zone sometimes and often I just don't. Other times I am surprised at how well I do outside my comfort zone. :!:

Last night I went out and got totally bombed on tequila, just for fun and something different.

I'm not going to eat a turkey leg tomorrow night. I'm going to have 6-8 oz of dark meat instead and I'm going to pass on desert as well.

I have been in love with the same woman for almost 9 years now, and she understand when I can't always "feel" it but still have it.

I started watching the anime Blue Exorcist awhile ago - I think it was last fall - but stopped nearly halfway through the series because I was afraid that it was going to take over the special interests I'd already had at the time. But now that I'm over those interests, I started watching Blue Exorcist again. It's even better than I remembered it. Maybe it will develop into a proper special interest now. But only time will tell...

I like to have a cup of decaffeinated green tea after each meal that I eat. :)

The thing that got me drinking Schweppes Grape Ginger Ale in the 90s was the fact that 'You Really Got Me' by The Kinks was used for one of the commercials for that product.

I own a poodle because I wanted a smart dog. I take her in to the groomer every 6 weeks and they shave her down like a sheep.

I hate my mother, and I feel bad about it. The whole thing makes me feel ...bad.

Sorry to hear you feel bad :-(

If I had not hated my mother I would never have had the strength to free myself from her

I can't stand rap music. It's not even proper music, imo. It's just a person talking really fast to a beat.

The first time I watched Puella Magi Madoka Magica last summer, it disturbed me, even though I wound up liking it alot. This is my second time watching it, but it doesn't seem so bad this time around.

I figure there are three reasons for this:

1) I was under stress the first time watching Madoka Magica, and now I'm not
2) I have seen the ending and know that everything will turn out OK
3) I have seen Neon Genesis Evangelion, and know that while Madoka Magica isn't all lollipops and rainbows, it's nowhere near as disturbing as that
