(still thinking it over, as it could net me $300 in one nite.)

Sounds like one of those cheesy movies from the 80's:
"We need you. I need you, dammit. Just one more match"

If you decide to do it, please don't get hurt - and - make sure someone record it! :)

Lots of "if's", such as "who chooses my opponent(s)?" That $300 championship prize is a real temptation.
Still nice to think this sort of stuff is happening to me at age 53. FWIW, my last recorded "official" wrestling match is on VHS tape! Also both of my Freestyle medals were won back in the 1980's, so that movie tie-in is spot-on. The irony of it all for Edenthiel is that both winning tournaments (four years apart) took place in San Francisco at the Eureka Valley Rec. centre at 18th and Collingwood.

My cuddly inner German wanted to wear the Schultz helmet to the Easter dinner at Stepping Stones, so I've decided to let him. Whatever he wants he gets, from now on.

^Good for you!*^
At the end of last nite's show the corners of some of my fingertips were getting pretty raw from constant chewing throughout the evening, and I felt I really needed my pacifier. So I took it out of my pocket and popped it in my mouth after my final performance of the nite was over. Yeah, there were a lot of questions from ones not so familiar with me, but I figured out a really reasonable response for that late of time. I told each inquirer, "I always use that after I'm done drinking to help get the beer off my breath".
*FWIW, there was a biker dude in the Jack Daniels lounge last nite wearing one of those "Schultz"-style helmets.

I got grades for my late assignments and all of them are pretty good grades that were even better but they lowered the grade because I handed it in late.
And my fixed grade for Illustrator class is also good grade now :U

I think I'll make "Blizzard day pancakes" as I wait for the snow to stop and the roads to get passable to go out tonite (forecasters expect around 6PM).

This morning I woke up without a mind full of thoughts - instead, I was able to notice the peacefulness of the quiet world outside before dawn. I haven't experienced that since highschool.....in fact, I had totally forgotten the experience altogether!

O.K. This might take a little while to explain. So, at the day program I go to in one of the groups, we were doing this exercise that is similar to the game Telephone. The way it works is someone says a word then whispers into the next person's ear the first thing that comes to mind when they think of that word and it keeps going all the way around with each person whispering the first thing that word brings to mind. After they've all gone around, they take turns saying what they were thinking out loud. The point of the exercise was to show that people often have different ways of interpreting certain words. Like if I say I'll be there in a little while, to one person a little while means 5-10 minutes, but to a completely different person it might mean half an hour to a full hour. So anyways, the leader of the group brought up the word/name Trump and the first thing that came to my mind was "Aw hell no" which caused everyone to laugh when I said it out loud.
