Annoyed that people call me during my workday as if working from home is not a real job that requires me to be present. :skull:

Your a human being and deserve the rights of a human being.
CatLady53, I'd love to work from home since, it has become difficult for me to find work the traditional neurotypical way.

I got lucky because I worked in an office for a long time and have years of training in my field. The only reason I get away with it is because of my skills, my co-workers all go to the office. Some of my work also involves cleaning up messes e.g. another attorney screws up the case, I'm called upon to fix it. Have been doing this for almost 20 years and in all those years I have only had 1 or 2 cases with unfavorable outcomes that were beyond my control. These are Michael Jordan type stats in my field :D

I know what you speak of CatLady53 most sincerely as it relates to unpleasant co workers. I've had my own share of scenarios when I once worked in an office setting where I had been mistreated and no one said nothing nor did nothing.

I get along fine with my co-workers, they go into the office because their job requires them to do administrative duties. The co-workers I have worked with the longest routinely contact me for help and we also chi-chat bout the mundane, I consider them friends. Plus my coping mechanism is being a tough b***h who doesn't take crap from anyone, so they keep me happy so I don't go consult for a competitor.

As far as being mistreated, my first corporate job was in Employment Law. I know my rights and would have no issue sailing an employer down the river for violating labor laws

I have a black eye from a dermatological procedure I had this afternoon. :) Not the worst thing that could happen, but it is very painful.

That a certain person can't seem to understand that simply accepting any job is not what is seen as contentment in my eyes.I'd rather being employed in a scenario where not only do I feel valued but, feel comfortable with what I'm doing and literally have a passion for it 110%
