Spazzergasm - does an elliptical count then too?

Certainly! As long as you're using it enough to break a sweat and challenge yourself.

Rah! It only works when it won't strain my feet, which is surprisingly often. Surgery is a two year wait though. Come to think of it, when I had to bike to school everyday I was looking pretty hot...

What's wrong with your feet?
Ahhh! Lucky! I wish it was a nicer area to bike around here. Too hilly and too many dangerous cars. XD

Spazzergasm - I have been using the exercise bike too. When I go back to school, I'll have to make use of their gym if I have time. Either that or just run around campus a bit. I'm walking all day anyway to get to my classes on time. My one friend wants to use the pool so I'm packing my swimsuit too. Very Happy

This is all very good. Try and get at least 30 minutes of workout a day. It's ok if it's 10 minutes three times, or twice for 15 minutes, or one solid session.
Oh, and don't use your weights daily, use them every other day.

I obsessed over fitness and dieting for a while, so I know a bit.

I do 40 minutes. 20 on a bike at 70-80 rotations per minute and 20 minutes of core exercises. I do the core exercises on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday I'll just do the bike for a little longer. Weekends I'll go on the bike if I don't have some social obligation. I'll have to work out a new routine for when I'm back at school. :D

Wow, nice routine! It really takes some motivational skills to be able to exercise. I've quit mine, and need to start again. XD Kudos to you. :D
How's your diet? You aren't starving yourself I hope. >.> And do you know about the eat 30 minutes after waking up and other little facts like that?

They are very very flat and need surgery to fix them. They're already causing knee, hip and back pain and will only get worse with age and having kids - thus sayeth my doctors. The school route is actually not bad at all. 15 minutes and one hill that really makes you work, but not so much that you look like a sweaty mess for your first class.

Ontopic  Yes very freeing. One day I will have to work up the courage to, when the house is all to myself, walk around nood.

I'm not starving myself. I have granola or oatmeal for breakfast, an omelet or some form of flatbread sammich with chicken or turkey for lunch and dinner can be a toss-up of different meals made up of grilled meats, steamed veggies and stuff. Dessert of choice: frozen grapes, some form of granola bar or something small that's sweet. :D

Wait, I should wait 30 minutes after waking up? Oops. I'll probably do that when I'm at school though since my computer will be functioning better. XD

Wish I had the house for myself long enough to do anything like that. Either way, the curtains in my house aren't as effective as I'd like. I guess I'll have to wait for an apartment.

I will only have this [potential] luxury until the school year starts. :(

Can you put anything in your windows to block out more light? Put something in front of your door?

Lol. We have a biiiiig bay window. Besides, I don't have the privacy to do that. It's probably better that way, don't wanna make it a habit.

Meh, Abercrombie/Hollister and American Eagle jeans feel like 36 grit sandpaper against my skin. I had horrible experiences with my parents buying me Target jeans when I was a kid. My expensive Sevens and Citizens of Humanities feel like a dream - unless you're wearing them in searing NorCal heat or as it happened to me last week, muggy New York.

I agree with your reasoning. I haven't had a problem with Billabong, wearfirst, on the brink and a couple other pairs that I got from friends though. I mostly wear cargo pants and stuff because I don't like stiff rough clothes.

Suit yourself. I'm wearing 15 dollar target Signature jeans. I can honestly say they made me way too happy the first time I put them on... and continued to every time after.

I wear cargo shorts - but not cargo pants. Although my snowboarding pants have cargo pockets and an bottle opener stash for those moments on the hill.

I have a pair of gray Volcom plain-front shorts I really, really love.
