I found a Choose Your Own Adventure book that I haven't read in a long time in my neighbours' little library.

i saw the optometrist, had x rays taken of my chest, rapid strep test, photos taken of my retina, all suggesting there's absolutely nothing wrong with me and i'm just anxious.

I've learned a thing or two about pride yesterday and I woke up on the right side of the bed today, because of it.

Musical Mediation. The first track had a lot of running water noises that made me think of Mermaids. Enjoyable and relaxing.

There was a child in the Mary Bridge Children's Health Center reading The Monster at the End of this Book to her mum.

That was my first favorite book I can remember. I learned to read basically by memorizing that book and comparing it to the alphabet symbols. That book, plus Sesame Street the television show, plus another book called The Five Chinese Brothers.

Brought back happy memories and a smile to my face for sure.

My old internship company has asked me for their assignments twice so far.

And today I drank bulletproof coffee which caused me to be a bit hyper today and one classmate asked me if I was busy and I explained him that I was hyper because of the bulletproof coffee but he actually meant if I had time.
Then I quickly responded with "Oh, then please forget what I just said"

It was hilarious but it's only funny when you explain it in Dutch lol

Man at the Mission had a guitar.

Part of the program we did a duet.

This morning helped dad in law. ..with shower and dressing.
That's rare as my wife usually does that and most of the care.
