I didn't sleep well last night due to some obsessive looping, so I am feeling really drained today.

Derealisation is back in a big way, even making me a bit suspicious of those close to me this evening, which can't be a good thing. Realised I was parroting emotions without actually feeling anything, well, more than usual anyway, plus everything just seems off.

Confining myself to my room for the time being, even in here everything feels hostile but it's better to keep this from affecting anybody else.

I think all of the stress I have been under recently has contributed to giving me a duodenal ulcer. :(

I was just reminded once again on WP what scumbags humans really are. It may be true that we aren't the only species that kills its own kind, but we're supposed to be intelligent enough to know that we have no good reason to. But no, if people had their way anyone who is disabled or autistic would be executed or made into test subjects because they think we're nothing but a social and financial burden.

My girlfriend left early this morning to spend the weekend at her parents. When I woke up I found her cat had spit up in 5 places & had vomited which was probably a hairball so I had a mess to clean up. She was acting hungry when she saw me so I guess she's OK.
