nothing new, but the weather change (and an increase in my stress levels) is wreaking havoc on me.

Very confused at somebody's behaviour. Like, very confused. Angry at me, flirty with me, totally blanking me, friendly, back to blanking. I think this would confuse even a NT person: I just want to say "I. DON'T. UNDERSTAND.". Tell me what's going on, or maintain a stance so I can work it out, and I'll go with it, but this is just too nonsensical an amount of conflicting social cues for me. Argh!

I still feel horrible today. I also usually make myself post something on the Happy thread to balance out whatever I post on this one, and I can't think of anything. That makes me unhappy in and of itself.

Social embarrassment. Part of me wants to say "f**k it, I don't care", but another part of me really wants to get it right, or at least less painfully awkward, for a change. Some people I can manage a sociable veneer with; this person, my brain doesn't seem to try :( .

I think it's because I've disclosed my autism to them; it's removed a behavioural filter that I'd very much like to reinstate. Gaaaaah, such painful interactions :oops: .

A friend I knew since school died of cancer three weeks ago and I only found out last night, I never got to visit her or go to her funeral.
