I don't get why something I ordered on Amazon Prime Free One Day shipping hasn't shown up yet, when I ordered it ten days ago and the website won't let me cancel the order. They say it's in transit and they've already taken my money. I ordered the same thing on a new order with new payment and it arrived the same day.

I don't get why I can't find online what type of singulator the new conveyor system at work uses. I DON'T CARE ABOUT PARCEL SINGULATORS. f**k.

Why people will throw out divisive opinions and then flee once the predictable reaction occurs.

Why people will bring a topic up repeatedly, only to insist they don't want to discuss it when the discussion doesn't go the way they'd like it to have gone.

I don't get why my brain hates sleep so much, when it clearly needs it.

Or why they'll blame the problem on others who actually stick around to talk.

I do not get why any person would expect me to stick around and argue with them when they are obviously wrong.

I do not get why people ask questions regarding their own emotions, feelings, and thoughts when only they themselves can provide the answers.  Similarly, I do not get why people ask questions regarding other people's emotions, feelings, and thoughts when only those other people can provide the answers.  I am not a mind-reader.

I do not get why any person would consider their emotional state more important than any ongoing physical crisis.

You know in tv and films when someone needs blood for something and they'll always get a big knife and grip it in their hand and pull it out so they have a big gash in their palm? WHY? Why not cut yourself somewhere where it isn't going to be really annoying to have a big cut? You use your hands for stuff all the time, it's going to hurt every time you pick something up. It's going to get infected because you're touching stuff all the time. I don't get it.

It must have appeared on something once, or been some part of legitimate like practice, and it was just so edgy that everyone kept replicating it for shock factor. Literally there's so many other places to cut yourself and get blood that wont suck nearly as bad. I wonder where exactly it originated from.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find that original instance, then travel back in time and point out to whoever filmed the scene that it's stupid and they should do something else.

I don't get how someone will talk at you for near on 3 hours while you try to feign interest and every time you try to say something you are cut off so you keep quiet and slowly let your ears get overstimulated to bursting point. Then you a get a gobfull for not saying anything during the 3 hour load of bollocks being spouted at you.

I don't get the rules in place for medical billing stuff. It's all a completely unnecessary money grabbing nightmare. I have to go get a scan that will not work so then I'll have to go get another scan that will work. But the insurance will not pay for the second scan until I get the first one even though everyone already knows it won't work. But it's been a year since the last one, so they make me do it again anyway. It's so much waste and so unnecessary. I don't get why this is okay and normalized in my country. Why is it okay for insurance companies to make so much money off of all of us and no one seems to care enough to make it stop?

I just bluntly say, 'well I couldn't get a word in because you were talking so much.'

I had a friend who did that. She would phone me and talk non stop without breathing for 2-3 hours. She would get a bee in her bonnet about something, usually a potential boyfriend, and discuss him endlessly while I just had to listen. It would be a boyfriend I had never met so I had no interest in minutely analysing his behaviour because I didn't know him.

So once I said to her, 'can we talk about people III know sometimes and things III enjoy? All we seem to talk about is people you know and I don't know them so I don't know what to say.'

She did actually listen and start asking me about myself on our loooooong phone calls.

I've been working for a couple of years now.
I was asked to take notes from a presentation for the group.
Yeah.
Right.
Sometimes I don't know whether to take this as a compliment or think "are you actually f*****g serious?"

Sneak in and steal all their notes.
Say you misunderstood.

Haha

I ended up finding someone from an earlier group (there were rotations) and copied their notes.
