I met with a personal trainer today and my new goal is to lose 20 pounds by the beginning of January.

I wanted to lose 10lbs of ugly fat, so I cut off my head. It was completely painless and there was no blood. Now I can fit into my skinny jeans.

As for me, I'm not excited about going out to dinner for my birthday tonight. (Oh, yes I am! Who are you kidding? I've been looking forward to it for a week!)
