Today I found my first scratches on a car I bought three days ago. It made me unhappy to see the scratches, but what made me even more unhappy was that I cared about it.

My girlfriend is in a bad mood & I accidentally upset her.

My brothers' partners were being very passive-aggressive and manipulative today, renewing my concerns about what they are getting themselves into.

My family spent forever trying to decide what to eat for dinner and then the pizza place dropped one of the pizzas making it take forever and leaving some people to watch the rest of us eat our entire meal while hungry.

My parents had a vicious argument all the way home from dinner and it made me very physically ill. They know this, they know their arguments are stupid, and they know that I was already worried about what the pizza would do to my illness and that it is so precarious that they could stress me into another obstruction but they would rather scream vile things right in front of me. I nearly threw up when I got home.

My brothers decided to take the longhair kittens. Now I have no more floofs to cheer me up when I am sad.

I think I upset a friend yesterday.

Strange bruising and cuts on my right knuckles, not sports related from what I can remember so I have no idea how I got them.

General tiredness

I was worrying about attending my next group art psychotherapy session later this week. After 2 years I am technically the longest attendee. I get on with nobody there but recently, 2 new members joined who hit it off right away, basically became best friends in the first 10 minutes, leaving me wondering what the hell is wrong with me. Then there's another established member with borderline personality disorder - from an emotional point of view we are polar opposites and I find her extremely difficult to spend 2 hours with.

I heard a song that made me cry. It hit a little too close to home.

My executive functioning sucked today. It got better as the day went on, but to start with it was a disaster; I literally had to ask my office manager to give me an order in which to do things, because I couldn't manage it myself. Ugh.

Nothing.
