perhaps she is still setting up her new phone after the old one refused to receive cell signal, or maybe i am experiencing the sudden end of another needed relationship...but i have not heard from her in over 31 hours.

that's a lot for me. she's my only friend at this moment. (that i can speak to face-to-face, and touch)

since i last heard a peep from my GF.

that might not be much to some, but it's unprecedented for me.

My neighbours played music right through the night until 6.40am. I am exhausted. Nothing can be done about it because legally, it's considered 'reasonable noise', and to be fair it probably wouldn't keep most people awake, but I can't filter it out, it booms in my head. I am dreading Hogmanay.

And now they're drilling. Fantastic.

A family friend is in pain.

Last night when I went to bed I had the worst case of RLS that I haven't had in a long time. My legs were sore, tired, and achy but I could not keep them still, I was practically doing the splits in bed most of the night. Even now my leg muscles keep twitching and want to move and I'm dreading going to bed tonight. It's not stimming because it adds to the pain and discomfort and anxiety instead of relieving it. Torture.

It's a good thing I don't have a bed partner. I don't know how anyone could sleep next to someone like me. I don't know how I could stand sleeping next to them either.

Maybe I'm just anxious because the year is almost over and the new one is just going to be even worse, like every year. Wonder how close the Doomsday Clock will be?

Well at a minimum I am going to finish my poor person grub before I do anything crazy so that is a plus. Even the worse news has a silver lining.

I got a text & email message from Chase fraud alert today asking me if I made a certain purchase on my Amazon credit-card today. It's been a few days sense I made any purchases so I replied No to the text. I got a message that put a hold on my card & they would call me back. They tried calling me back while I was on the phone with my parents so i had to call them back. I had to explain why I was calling & I could barely hear the rep cuz of background noise. I said how I hadn't used the credit-card today & she said there were 4 purchases for today. They're going to send me a new card & I won't be liable for the purchases. I'm glad Chase alerted me & all but I have something like this happen on that card about ever couple years. I keep two cards in my wallet & the other card never had a problem. I only been using my Amazon card at typical places & sites lately so I cant imagine how the info got stolen. it sux that there's nefarious people out there.
