As a fan of classic zombie movies I loved Warm Bodies. It's better than Night of the Living Dead!

I feel like "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" is a landmark film.

I can't stand it!

My oldest sister was never obsessed with twilight and is quite willing to admit it.

I used to hate "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" as a kid.

I didn't feel a sort of sense of security when I watched it.

My childhood was not shattered when I discovered presents from Santa Claus hidden in my parent's bedroom closet.

I loved Santa claws, and wasn't told he didn't exist after an autistic meltdown that the finial trigger for was discovering Santa gave me poly pockets, which I loved and kept forever rather than giving to my sister.

I didn't pray to Santa 365 nights a year for eight years, wishing him well and sending him love.

He wasn't my hero whatsoever because I wasn't entranced by his magic or kindness.

A bitcch-ass babysitter didn't ruin my childhood by telling me he was fake and showing me my hidden gifts, either.

Good times.

That babysitter sounds like a really cruel person. I stopped believing in Santa when I accidentally walked in on my parents putting the gifts under the tree on Christmas Eve when I was little.

I'm listening to Mariah Carey at the present moment.

it fascinates me that you play an instrument whose sound you don't fully love. what do you think of the sound an Er Hu [Cantonese folk violin] or a Hardanger fiddle [Norwegian folk violin]?

I think that sounds beautiful.

I don't know if it is the recording quality or her instrument or her technique but it is worlds better than what I heard in person a few decades back at the local Nordic festival.
