Washing machine working! I don't have to wash my panties in the shower anymore, and I was running out of sheets and towels. Thumbs up!

woke up this morning with my hip seeming far less messed up than it has been for this past week. wondering if it had something to do with going to my private martial arts lesson last night(took it easy and didn't stay for the group class afterward) while refraining from doing certain dynamic strikes/lunges that would flare the pain in the hip, but otherwise doing the lesson as usual. maybe something like a nerve was pinched, and moving actively so un-pinched it. the hip is still rather stiff, just not nearly so painful.
