This evening, for the first time in my life, I've made a pizza myself. Overall I'm quite proud about it.. but the crust needs some improvement next time.. also less cheese and maybe some different ingredients as well..

Um, before it went in the oven..

And yeah, after..

A salad made of lettuce, Thousand Island dressing and croutons. Funny thing is, my mom's been buying us Thousand Island for years, but this is the first time I've ever tried it. Now I understand why she likes it so much - it's delicious!

Last thing I ate was a big bowl of brussel sprouts. I think I'm in the 0.002% of the world's population that likes them.

I was at a Chinese take away restaurant earlier and tried to order 'Koe low kai' (chicken in sour/sweet sauce). Turned out that wasn't possible for it was part of a complete dish and couldn't be ordered separately. Well, it left me a bit confused.. and I said 'I would like a pizza then' and three Chinese girls laughed out loud behind the counter.. (um)

Anyway, I had a big overly filled egg role for dinner this evening.

Spicy Yakisoba. It was extremely spicy because the flavor mix was made of habanero peppers. I loved it; spicy food isn't good to me unless it makes me cry.
