One time in the year 2000, I had a dream that my parents and I went to a Boxing Day party at some friends' house. My parents and I started walking into the door. My parents were ahead of me and as I started walking through the door, it turned into a painting canvas and my parents were far away from me, as I was trying to get through the canvas.

I had a dream that I created life in a petri dish. But it evolved at a prodigious rate that each time I came back to it from my errands it was becoming more and more complex. I tried to kill it with chemicals and radiation but it continued to grow without input of nutrients. It overtook the incubator and filled the laboratory. I think I finally contacted the military and they blew it up but the pieces that rained down began to grow again and form complex structures that moved mechanically without limbs and communicated with energy transfers. I think I probably killed off all biological lifeforms.

I don't have a current dream to share, which is a good thing. They usually are unpleasant in some way. My subconscious puts me through 'the wringer.'

I've had a few strange ones that involved the' devil.'

One: I looked outside and noticed my trucked was sitting on concrete blocks, the wheels were missing and of course the immediate sinking feeling was: "Oh No, my truck was stripped down overnight!"

In this dream I had a picture of the devil hanging on the living room wall, and I walked over to gaze at it very close,( for some reason), and the now static devil image winked. You could say it was with an 'emphatic hard wink,' and the non-verbal that was communicated was, I got you sir!

I found it funny that I had a picture of the devil on the wall for one, and even more funnier was that 'the devil image' was a shovel standing upside down, the handle end was the leg(s) and the square shovel was the head. The color of the devil was a red/orange lace design overlaid over 'white.' Two colors red/orange and white with eyes on the shovel.

I dreamt that I was standing on top of a skyscraper in Suffolk. Which is odd for a start as I'm sure there are no skyscrapers in Suffolk. I was looking out over a landscape of fields and rivers. There were several cats with me on the roof, I'd never met these cats before. In the distance I could see two shapes hovering in the sky. They were very large, but far away. They were dark symbols of some sort, but I couldn't make out what they were. They were moving very fast, not away from me so much as horizontal to me. But they were soon out of sight. Then I woke up. It's one of those dreams you think must have lots of meaning, but it's all completely hidden.

I don't really remember much about it, but I do remember that every time I opened a box/cupboard/container it would be filled with boxes of plain Cheerios. I hate plain Cheerios. I prefer the Honey Nut Cheerios.

Several days (maybe a week) ago, I had a dream that my mom and I were riding in the car and it sank into a river. Some men pulled us onto a luxury cruise ship. We were naked and there were all different kinds of beautiful clothes on board the ship - as though it were a department store. I kept looking past all the fancy dresses and tried to find plain clothes suitable for cold weather. The ship captain told everyone to get on laptops and await further instructions.

I logged onto the laptop and went into a chatroom. All of a sudden, Kotetsu and Barnaby from the anime Tiger & Bunny started chatting in the chatroom in Japanese. At first I thought it was some advertising gimmick for the show, but then the laptops crashed and the ship started to sink.

We had to climb staircases and walls with ledges on them in order to get to safety. Kotetsu and Barnaby, along with Nathan Seymour (another T&B character), showed up in their superhero costumes and started getting everyone to safety.

Once we reached a room that was on a much higher floor, we started to build a new, miniature civilization. The civilization was a utopia made up of miniature Simpsons characters. Then terrible race wars broke out among them. Then they found out that their show was being cancelled. The foundation of their civilization was collapsing, and they all brokeout into a farewell song.

That's all I remember. I probably woke up shortly after that.

Me too.

I honestly forgot to get the saurkraut and chocolate ice cream but I did have a dream. I dreamed my cats could talk and we got to talking one day and decided to start playing the lottery. So we decided on some numbers to play (I remember one of them was 13, I know but the cats insisted on using the number 13) and then we went to the store and bought some tickets for each of the drawings that week. So we got home and we were listening to the tv which was still in the closet where I usually keep it in real life because I don't watch it. My middle cat Obsidian was in the closet calling out the numbers and me, Winchester and Sterling where checking the tickets and someone kept knocking on the door wanting to come in and visit and we didn't want them to visit because we were busy with the lottery and trying to see if we won. We decided if we won we weren't going to tell anyone, we were going to change our names and move some place where no one could find us. I was getting really annoyed with this person knocking on the door and then I woke up.

I wonder what it means to be with your mother driving in a car? Do you know IdahoRose? Sometimes I dream I'm in a car with my mother too. I know we are both close with our mothers and really love our mothers in real life. I'm going to try to google it. AuntBlabby might know what that means as well.

A long time ago after I quit my very first job, I had a dream that I was still working there and the girls that I hung out with gave me a Birthday card that had a cartoon of a dog peeing on a fire hydrant. On the front, it had a proper greeting. On the inside it said, "Don't get pissed!"

My interpretation is that it means that we view our mothers as our guides through the road of life - in other words, the "driving force" in our lives, if you'll excuse the lame pun.

I once exhausted myself, caught a flu virus, and spent about 36 hours sleeping. During that time, I vividly remember living an entire lifetime as a member of Asian royalty, engaging in political intrigue, and then dying by assassination - stabbing, slashing, and beheading - at the hands of Japanese soldiers. I remember then that the remains were cremated in a nearby pine forest.

It was years later that I first heard of Empress Myeongseong. Her life's history was just as I had "remembered" it.

I do not believe in reincarnation. I do believe that what I actually dreamed at the time was far removed from what my memory tells me that I had dreamed. I also believe that my life-long interest in All Things Asian led me to not only have a convenient dream, but also for my unconscious mind to fill in the blanks of the dream with false memories.

Other than that, just the usual dreams ... flying ... going to church naked ... et cetera ...

I agree. It makes sense to me.
