Clam chowder soup for lunch.

Made peanut butter cookies very late last night. Ate some then. And for breakfast. And for lunch. Guess what's for dinner?

A piece of someone else's chocolate who hasn't noticed yet.

Tuna salad sandwich

Easy home-made air fryer pizza.

Take two 10" flour tortillas and trim the edges so they fit in the tray of the air fryer. Eat the trimmed pieces.
Put one now-rectangular tortilla in the tray, sprinkle a little shredded cheese on it, put the other piece on top.
Spread pizza sauce on.
Sprinkle with italian spices.
Spread cheese on.
Cover with pepperoni.
Sprinkle some more cheese.
Sprinkle some more italian spices (for color more than flavor).
Put in bottom position for 8-ish minutes on 325.
Turn off fryer and leave pizza in there for several minutes.

The cheese on top browns too fast (hence low temp), and the tortilla doesn't get crunchy, so the bake setting and a higher temperature may work better. This works better in the oven, but I have sorting trays for a jigsaw puzzle in there lol.
