I have to call back someone at mental health services.
I don't know why.
I wish they'd stop leaving these requests for me to call, my brain hates them.

Sad.

I am thinking about my (ex) Fiance, and wondering how she is. I really hope she is OK, and maybe even has sorted out her demons. If she ever needs me, she knows where I am, but I still feel sad.
