Oh man  (not laughing at you)
a toe...wow thats bad luck, that one
was new to me

Those car doors can be brutal :) have done
it a couple of times as a kid and still remember
it so clearly... the sound of the door slamming
shut... the peculiar stinging sensation that
suddenly appears... and then the sight of your
finger stuck in the door 8O

I have had it hapen, and I try to always keep it in mind, my 7 year old brother had it happen this year and I though wow his first one, lets see how many he has till he learns the lesson. But you also have to remember to watch out for others.

Hot tip for getting rid of blood-filled pounding nails,
take a paperclip and heat up the end with a lighter,
then you just burn gently through the nail and make
a hole to drain the blood and relive the pressure,
my doc teached me that once, fast way of getting
rid of the pain and it doesn`t hurt, just dont burn
too far down, that hurts bad :)

Useful to know if you`re in a hurry or something,
just burn a hole, get the blood out, put a tape around
it and carry on

I looked like this 8O the first time my doc tried to do
it, i was like "are you kidding, get that thing away from
me, what kind of doc are you?" but its very
effective.

You can also use a tiny drill bit to do the same, just don't use a drill. Use your fingers to rotate the bit. I feel this gives you more control over the hot paper clip, and is less likely to overpenetrate, causing that severe pain. I just wanted to add that as another option. :)

Hm, good tip, never tried that - lets just
say pierce that nail with whatever feels
comfortable - hot paperclip, drillbit,
nailgun, sowingmachine, theres many
options

According to the calculations I made in computer class yesterday, e spark of electricity moves at the speed of 669600000 miles per hour. It'd be nice if we had space ships that could at least move that fast.

^That's fast. Attaining even 1% of that speed would be incredible.

We'd certainly make it to Mars a lot faster. But I think now that this knowledge is only good for making fasster computers.

^That is also a plus. I wish I could be here 100 years from now, just to see how things have progressed.
