And I thought I was strange pulling on my facial hair. Not that I have much to begin with (still nearly babyfaced at 50). Sigh....

If I can't sleep in my bed at night I sometimes try to sleep on the floor. At the same time I imagine I'm in the concentration camp. Usually that helps.

I've been weeping too much. Been years since I've been suffering from bipolar disorder, and I've been going through major depression ruts. Nothing worse than falling into a heap at random, worst feeling in the world.
