I've decided I really hate St. Patty's Day and think it's one of the most cringe-inducing holidays ever. I don't know if I'm just in a mood, or if it's because I don't drink alcohol and I hate how people see this day as an opportunity just to get smashed and get violent and stupid, the Irish stereotypes make me uncomfortable, most Irish food makes me want to gag, and to be honest, leprechauns kind of give me the creeps. Not only are they really derogatory 19th century caricatures of Irish people, but when I was a kid I saw a Porky Pig cartoon where two leprechauns punished him severely because they *thought* he was going to steal their pot of gold. You do NOT want to mess with those little buggers, that's what I learned from that cartoon.

Also, the other day I saw a shirt that said "0% Irish, 100% drunk". I must be the only Non-Muslim adult who thought that was stupid. Anyway, happy March 17th if it's still the 17th where you live. But not St. Patrick's Day.

Screaming kids
Parents who have selective hearing and ignore screaming kids
coworkers who will avoid saying hello or even eye contact
coworkers who step on your toes (not literally) to help a customer quicker
impatient people

It's come to light one of my uncles is sadly in the midst of a major health scare. He's as lean as a hound, but as it turns out he has moderate to severe Angina, and will now have to decide between having a stent put in or a triple bypass. This is the worrying reality in my family at large. So many of them have heart problems.

I got woken up early today & couldn't fall back asleep so I got out of bed. I took a nap later but it took me a while to fall asleep & I kept waking up. I felt tired after I got up so I took a Vivarin which is a caffeine pill to help me feel more awake & I do feel more awake now. I'm feeling alittle shaky sense I got up from the nap & I'm not sure why. I need to take the carpet attachment for the vacuum apart cuz there's hair that's stopping it from spinning rite. I need to vacuum tomorrow. I'll probably do that now but I rather if I wasn't shaky. I just remembered that taking a Klonopin helps so I'll do that 1st.

I fell over in the kitchen. The aforementioned kitchen is now a different colour, having been painted several shades of blue due to the profanities I uttered when I fell down!

I took it apart & it went OK; just time consuming & tedious. When I went to vacuum alittle while ago, the carpet attachment didn't work. Either something slid when I put it back together last night or the motor in it is broken but I don't know how I would of damned that. I took it apart a couple times before & it worked better next time I went to vacuum. I'll work on it again another day/night.
