I just found out that my new apartment, effective next month, has no internet capability. (See how calm I sound?)

I'm sorry you won't have internet, I never heard that before.

I'll manage internet somehow, even if it's in a coffee shop.
It's the big companies I can't deal with. But somebody referred me to a small, cheap provider.
Wait and see. Oh, it's so long!

Wait, how does an apartment building NOT have internet capability in 2017? You'd think there'd at least be telephone or cable TV infrastructure, both of which would allow internet. Is it a newer building that they're planning on putting fibre into, but haven't yet?

It has Bell, which is a fate worse than death. I've got to find something else.

I've only ever had their satellite service. What's wrong with their internet?

They crash too much but the real problem is their horribly rude people. It's well-known here, there are jokes about it. With the other problems of moving, I'll put this aside because my neighbourhood will have a place I can use for the time being.

I had to get dressed, my knee is hurting, it was hard to put my leg in my pants leg, I put my cat in her carrier, someone came to pick her up to take her to the pet hospital, it was exhausting putting her in the carrier, she was fighting me. I was tired when I walked to the front of my building to get my cat, I was hurting. Now I need a nap.

My pension, payable today, is zero.
I don't know why.

You better call up the pension office first thing in the morning......

Obviously, something isn't right.

I slept in really late and woke up with a headache, and then when I walked into the kitchen I stepped in cat puke in my sock feet. :eew:
I also feel like I've put on at least 30 pounds, but I'm afraid to go weigh myself on the bathroom scale. I was thinking of going out today but I had slept in so late and wasn't feeling that good so I just wasted my day in front of the computer, as usual.

People think I am cruel for considering ducks to be food.

And those same people eat chickens without a second thought.

There's blowing snow everywhere and the roads look really bad, so I guess I'll be stuck in the apartment again today. :(
