I fall asleep in the early hours of the morning like 5 and wake up at 8:30... I can't sleep further than that if I am not stressed out or tensed about something...
It depends, when I was in school I got up at 7:50 (15 minutes before class), and now it just varies when I go to bed...usually somewhere between 12:00 and 4 pm...yea, my sleep schedule is messed up.
Well, Idk how it'll be in college, but in high school I studied the night before the test (right before you go to bed, your brain remembers the most) and I studied in all of my other classes.
Exceptions:
ASL...where my studying would just be me signing a lot in my daily life
Seminary.....we need to study for that?
Worked pretty well, but I think I may need to study more in college.
