9:30-6 bed. went jogging seven miles.

six pita bread
three and a half servings spinach
ate the chocolate and almonds off of a snickers
two servings oat milk

not hungry or full. enjoyed it. it was good enough. not delicious or gourmet, but whatever. my worthless corpse does not earn enough cash to be wasting on expensive grub.

last week, i took my first 150mg testosterone shot (for the past 20 months, it was 100mg/2 weeks). paranoid appetite going haywire, then circumference expanding, pants don't fit, then have to waste cash on more pants.

wasting too much cash on grub. have to stop doing that, but cooking is like Executive Processing Dysfunction. also, there are not many things i am willing to eat. earn minimum wage, part time job. and paranoid about getting made redundant. so have to waste less cash on grub.

I ate two sandwiches, followed by a gluten-free chocolate biscuit. I eat at very random times...

I've refined my keto cheesecake thing. This tastes just like chocolate peanut butter cheesecake.

Half a brick of cream cheese 4 oz
three heaping tsp cocoa powder
three heaping tsp PBFit low-fat powdered peanut butter (I'll try a bit more next time)
seven packets splenda
enough heavy cream to make it soft, maybe 1/4 cup
little bit of vanilla

smash it repeatedly with a fork until it is well mixed and smooth.

Really amazing, super spicy steak fajitas made by my daughter.

Holy cow! That girl can cook! (Yes she's also been to chef school).

Yummmy!
