Seven eggs, scrambled. I would normally have four, but I'm having such a hard time cracking them that I just want them gone, and I had a piece of shell in the bowl that I couldn't separate from a yolk, so I scooped the whole damned thing down the drain. So, seven-ish instead of eight.

beef & broccoli, cooked in olive oil and soy sauce

it was tasty

Ate most of the beef myself this time rather than giving it all to the cats. Feel guilty about it, too.
