I went for a two hour walk this morning, and I'll be doing that 5 days a week indefinitely. I feel great! :D

Even as a BC Lions fan, I am proud of the Saskatchewan Roughriders for winning the 2013 Grey Cup (at their own stadium, Mosaic Stadium @ Taylor Field)!

Lately I've had a tendency to stay up till 5 - 7 AM and wake up around 3 - 4 PM. I've been feeling pretty lethargic though so I'll probably have to go back to my slightly less insane schedule of going to sleep at around 1 - 3 AM and waking up around 12 - 2 PM.
