Scrambled eggs.

I recently watched a youtube video about how to properly make scrambled eggs, and I followed the parts that made sense to me and they did, in fact, turn out better. I would normally start to clean up while the eggs cooked, and then I'd chop them up and stir and flip, but it is recommended that you constantly stir, so that's what I did, and the texture turned out much better. I think the difference is that the butter, rather than just greasing the pan, gets mixed in with the fat of the eggs.

I also put heavy cream in my eggs, so I get a double whammy of extra fat. I beat the eggs with a fork, and then gently stir in the cream. Some videos recommend skipping the cream. Um, yeah. Not gonna do that.
