Some sort of unpleasant feeling in my chest. It's hard to describe. Maybe some sort of tickling pressure or suction . I'm pretty sure it's some sort of emotional pain or anxiety. Every time today I've tried to observe what I feel, I have noticed that particular sensation/feeling. I wish I had a word for it.

I don't know. The two things I can think of is it might be I'm worried one of the neighbors will call the police again on my other harsh smoking neighbor, and he might think it was me who did it. Also the living room floor is actually so bad, that I should probably complain about it, but I can't bare the thought of they ripping it all up again. How would that work, I live here now. OR, there is some other reason for being tense, maybe something in my subcoincidense.

Well I'm not dying everybody. Be nice to each other. :heart: Just met more friends from Greenpeace.

If I were really any kind of centrist I would not be thinking politically, to center my politics in this country would be the real insanity because I am in the center of this country. Radical acceptance is not politics, mine is for the people I love.
